Andrea Goodmansen is a Co-Owner of McLeod Construction, and has been a WSCAI business partner member since 2005. Andrea has seen firsthand the growth of our Chapter over the past 16 years and how valuable its programming is for all members: HOA, COA, and business partners. She was a member of the WSCAI Business Partner Committee for six years, serving as committee chair for two years. She is proud of her work on the Business Partners Code of Ethics the committee established for our Chapter in 2011. Outside of work, Andrea volunteers for sports, music and drama booster groups for her three teenage daughters. Her favorite hobby during 2020 (the year of COVID-19), was hiking and working in her new greenhouse and garden!

Jackie Roethel is the Director of Marketing at Evolution Architecture, where she also holds a minority ownership stake in the firm. She is an accomplished marketing professional with a proven track record in the Commercial Real Estate and A.E.C. (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Jackie brings a wealth of experience in sales, social media management, corporate communications, CRM, team building, and brand relations.

One notable aspect of Jackie's expertise is her successful collaboration with community managers. Her experience in working closely with various teams and Boards has been marked by success, as she understands the importance of fostering positive relationships within the community. Jackie plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Evolution Architecture's marketing strategies align seamlessly with community needs, values and our overall brand within the industry.

With a degree in Communications from the University of Washington, Jackie has honed her skills to become a strong and effective marketing leader. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her ability to work harmoniously with community managers, company project partners and GCs, she helps enhance the firm's engagement with clients and Evolution’s target audiences. Her diverse skill set and collaborative approach contribute significantly to the success of Evolution Architecture in the competitive market, where she’s called home for the last 7+ years.
