This month’s topic has a goal to help Association Managers and their partners understand the most common terms within the interior and exterior of their communities. We will walk through such topics as roofing, siding, window installation, deck components, along with several other subjects that will have you talking like a contractor by the end of the presentation! We want our Association Managers to be equipped to “talk the talk” with their building vendors and help their communities make wise decisions on repair and maintenance projects.
